Scope

This privacy policy applies to ventunolabs.com including its subdomains (e.g. athletiq.ventunolabs.com, snapjsx.ventunolabs.com).

Hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Cloudflare also acts as a content delivery network and reverse proxy including TLS termination — all requests to this website pass through Cloudflare's servers. In doing so, Cloudflare processes technical connection data such as IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, user agent and referrer in order to deliver the website and protect it against attacks (e.g. DDoS).

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and performant provision of the website). Processing may take place on servers in the USA; the transfer to this third country is based on the EU Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare is certified (Art. 44 et seq. GDPR). We do not store server log files ourselves; technical log data is retained by Cloudflare only as long as necessary for security and operations. More information: Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

This website does not use cookies or tracking tools.

Fonts

This website uses self-hosted fonts. No connection to external servers (e.g. Google) is made to load fonts.

Contact via Email

When you contact us by email, your information is stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry and for any follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

Google Forms (Beta Signups)

For signups to beta programs of our products (e.g. AthletIQ), we link to forms provided by Google Forms, a service of Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The form only opens on Google's servers after you click the link; when you fill it in, Google processes the data you provide (e.g. your email address) as well as technical connection data.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by voluntarily submitting the form and which you may withdraw at any time with effect for the future. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. We use the collected data exclusively to contact you in the context of the respective beta program and delete it once this purpose no longer applies. More information: Google Privacy Policy.

Your Rights under the GDPR

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR): You have the right to request information about your personal data processed by us.
  • Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate or the completion of incomplete personal data stored by us.
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary for exercising the right of freedom of expression, for compliance with a legal obligation, or for reasons of public interest.

  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request its transfer to another controller.
